Due to the Covid situation, I am working online only at this time. I intend to resume face to face therapy as soon as guidelines allow. I will be happy to continue online  when restrictions ease, if you would rather work this way.

I offer both short or long term counselling/therapy to individuals and couples in a safe and comfortable environment. I have worked with people through a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse, family issues, bereavement and various types of trauma.
